“I decided to use Penny’s services when it was time to buy an owner/occupier property. I had an investment property but really had no idea what to do when it came to finding a place of my own to call home.

We communicated regularly and she came with me to open homes to look for the little things that I would have overlooked if I were there on my own. She did the bidding for me at one auction and we agreed on a strategy upfront to ensure I didn’t pay too much on the day and that I didn’t get carried away in the heat of the moment. I didn’t get that property but when I did find the one that was to be my home, she inspected the property with me, looked at the contract and building report to ensure everything was in order, recommended an efficient solicitor and also dealt with the selling agent throughout the offer process.
